She is one of the most trusted names in Life Sciences. Prior to joining Canopy, Stacey spent over 25 years working within the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Her experience includes commercial, safety, clinical and medical affairs.

Stacey obtained her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri. She maintains membership among many industry associations and societies while constantly engaging colleagues and peers to ensure she is highly in tune with market and industry trends.

Joanna has in-depth knowledge and experience in client services and project management, which allows her to successfully build teams at Canopy, that are fully trained to handle multiple client scenarios, scalable and focused on core capabilities.

She is passionate about keeping current with industry best practices and trends and utilizes this knowledge to enhance customer engagements.

Prior to joining Canopy, Joanna spent 20 years working in a broad range of regulated industries including Federal relocation services and financial printing. Joanna holds a BS in communication from Emerson College in Boston, MA, and is a PMP-certified Project Manager.

Jas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of eCTD submissions to compliment the company’s existing comprehensive regulatory solutions to clients.

Prior to joining Canopy, Jas spent 20+ years in regulatory operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Most notably she founded and served as CEO of ONIX Life Sciences, a company that provided eCTD submission outsourcing services to clients globally. She successfully grew ONIX from inception into being a recognized industry leader successfully serving a wide variety of clients and across application types.

Jas has a strong track record of delivering success across every submission her and her team have managed for 10+ years, which in turn has allowed her to build strong and trusted long-term relationships with her clients and peers.

With over 25 years of experience, Susanne is recognized as a respected leader known for shaping the strategic direction of global business development and operations. Her expertise lies in assembling high-caliber teams and crafting go-to-market strategies that consistently drive towards commercial success.

As President of Canopy, Susanne spearheads business growth and ensures success in a complex and competitive industry. Leveraging her deep industry knowledge, she leads and executes the organization's strategic vision. Collaborating closely with division leaders, Susanne oversees a coordinated sales and business development effort, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products to clients.

Prior to joining Canopy, Susanne held various roles of escalating responsibility over an 18-year period at Envision Pharma Group (EPG), culminating in her most recent position as President and Chief Strategy Officer of the Integrated Medical Communications Capabilities and Solutions division.

Susanne is dedicated to guiding Canopy towards its goals while maintaining an unwavering focus on integrity, innovation, and exceptional customer service.

Dr. Janet Gottlieb’s experience in research, diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals in a career spanning over two decades provides critical insight into medical review. Prior to joining Canopy, she was a co-founder of Govise, Inc., the premier partner for medical review services.

She is adept in the formation, expansion, and training of the medical review function, and has experience in helping organizations improve their review process, resulting in greater consistency and efficiencies in workflows.

Dr. Gottlieb holds an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences and Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology and Molecular Virology from the University of California, Irvine.

Jennifer has 20+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and she is leading the company’s efforts to provide a comprehensive suite of Regulatory Affairs solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients in the development, manufacturing, marketing and lifecycle maintenance of products.

Prior to joining Canopy, Jennifer held multiple leadership roles at a leading regulatory consulting firm where she was instrumental in driving the company’s growth over her 10+ year tenure.

Jennifer is a proven strategic leader with a focus and passion for cultivating relationships and helping clients and employees achieve their goals.

Kevin has over 27 years' experience in software and technology with a career across multiple enterprise software companies. He led Veeva Vault PromoMats DAM, and modular content product design and delivery, and product development incorporating analytics and Veeva module content in multi-channel authoring. In addition, Kevin has been involved in numerous speaking engagements on modular content with Veeva and externally.

Dr. Jimmie Overton has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is a recognized medical affairs subject matter expert. He has experience and proven results across all facets of the function holding key leadership roles in:

Dr. Overton is a registered pharmacist and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky.

Michael has been leading Canopy's expansion and growth in technology and innovation. He has experience delivering next generation digital transformation and solutions, providing clients with a better customer experience.

Prior to joining Canopy, Michael spent over 20 years working within Life Sciences. As a Principal at Capgemini, he led a Global Veeva practice spearheading implementations and managed services for top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Prior to working as a consultant, he held a Director of Sales Operations position at Pfizer for 10 years.

Michael holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Walden University.

As the Head of Human Resources, Patti is responsible for operating our company’s Human Resources Department, providing guidance and leadership to the organization, and integrating business strategy with people management practices.

Before joining Canopy, Patti spent over 25 years in the Human Resources field. She has worked in various industries including Technology, Business Services and Higher Education scaling Human Resources to meet the changing needs and transformation of each business.

Patti firmly believes employees are the most important asset of a company and fosters a culture of support, fairness, well-being, and a balanced work-life.

Jason’s career spans 24 years dedicated to Life Sciences commercial content including 5 years at Veeva, launching DAM and modular content capabilities, and more recently at IQVIA where he held the role of Senior Director, Commercial Product & Strategy. Jason has worked with 6 top 20 pharmaceutical companies to develop their modular content strategy and solutions and has provided strategic commercial content guidance to over 100 life sciences companies.

As Chief Information Officer, Michael is responsible for implementing and maintaining technology solutions that support the company’s growing operations, leveraging the firm’s investment in technology to improve security and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Canopy, Michael spent 25 years in Information Technology mainly in the Healthcare industry.  As Director of IT at Bristol Health, Michael’s focus was on off-campus expansion, move and consolidation projects, including the acquisition and integration of numerous medical specialty practices.  The largest of these projects was the technology design and implementation in the $26.5M Medical Care Center.  Prior to Bristol Health, Michael served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at VitalWorks, a public software company in the healthcare industry.

Michael specializes in managing enterprise-wide projects requiring collaboration of cross-functional teams and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt focused on optimizing business processes in the Healthcare space.

Joe provides Canopy's senior management with guidance on all aspects of the business. He is passionate about driving customer success through the process of collaborative transformation. With a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by customers from both a logistic and strategic perspective, Joe creates and deploys comprehensive solutions. He believes these solutions will drive increased productivity and profitability while reducing risks.

Prior to joining Canopy, Joe spent 25 years developing technology and service solutions in the Healthcare Provider space. As Chairman & CEO at Vitalworks, a public company, Joe was at the forefront of bringing Practice Management, Electronic Medical Records, PACS and Electronic Prescription Writing to over 88,000 Physicians in a wide array of healthcare settings. Before Vitalworks, Joe served as President of the Medical Division of Infocure Inc. where he guided the company through the regulatory and compliance processes related to HIPAA. Early in his career, he co-founded the firm Micro-Designs Software, which specialized in vertical market Practice Management Software.
